I am a field and model based geologist whose research integrates aspects of geomorphology, structural geology, and stratigraphy to understand tectonic problems. My primary research interests  focus on the connections between active tectonics and the development and modification of topography. I have been an Assistant Professor at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA since 2017.
