A huge congratulations to our Chief Operating & Technology Officer, Michael Hall, for taking out a spot in this year's Business News #40under40 Awards. The prestigious awards recognise Western Australia's 40 most outstanding business leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs under the age of 40. Starting out as an apprentice electrician with one of our founding businesses, Mike soon became an integral part of the development and growth of the company. Applying his progressive foresight and comprehensive knowledge of the energy sector, he went on to co-found Hybrid Systems Australia, now our very own leading experts in integrated renewable energy projects and services. Not long after we acquired Hybrid Systems in 2020, Mike took on the role as Pacific Energy's Chief Operating & Technology Officer, and every day he continues to prove just how valuable he is by remaining ahead of the energy transition and strategically directing our diverse operations towards a greener future.
