The woman who inspired Chalmers’ calls for ambitious governments

The prominent progressive economist cited by Treasurer Jim Chalmers in his 6000-word essay on the future of capitalism says that governments must rediscover their ambition to work successfully with business and tackle major societal challenges such as climate change.
