With Netwealth's mobile app investors and advisers can access Netwealth's super and investment accounts on the go and in one place.

FOR INVESTORS
Keep track of your super and investments from anywhere. You can view your portfolio, its performance, and more from the app:
• Access all your Netwealth Wealth Accelerator and Super Accelerator accounts, portfolio changes and individual assets on the go
• Analyse your wealth through consolidated views and advanced sort and filter functionality
• Track overall performance and get portfolio insights, such as portfolio movement and top holdings with stunning charts
• Monitor individual asset performance, including daily price information and historical unit prices

Unfortunately the app only shows current values, but doesn't show the history such as when an asset was acquired. I did remember it was fine before but now all my assets in there doesn't when when the asset was acquired, so it's impossible to track from the app. Very disappointing. Surely if it's a bug, it should have been fixed already. Doesn't matter how old or how new the assets were acquired, they all showed Jan 1 as a default. Very very disappointed. 1 star rating for sure.

Hello Edwin, thank you for your patience and feedback. Our team have resolved the issue that occurred after the latest release and confirmed that users can now see the correct data being displayed, including unit price details of when assets were acquired.

Told to Update App. Refers me back to Google Play. I select Open (the only other option is uninstal) assuming the update would take place. That takes me back to the page which tells me to update the app. Done 10 times, same result. Apart from above I had already set auto update as default anyway. Long story short is that currently I can't acces my account from this app. Disappointing is an understatement.

Hello Steve, we're sorry your experience has not been great. We can confirm this issue occurred because the update wasn't available in the app stores for all users concurrently. We've resolved this overnight; our users can continue to use the older version of the app whilst waiting on the update to be available in their app stores.

What's new

New features:
- Security enhancements.
- UI/UX backend upgrades for a smoother user experience.

Fixes:
- Scrolling and filtering bugs have been resolved.
- Adding a new Bankfeed now will not come up with errors.
- Adviser's client search will not come up with an error pop-up.
- Android phones will not throw error on first time login.
- Fixed minor UI/UX bugs.
