While the staff were most friendly and helpful, I found the state of cleanliness, especially in corridors to the room from the lifts, stained with spillages while dinner plates were still outside rooms and on windowsills during the day. Please remove obvious stains from carpets!

The room was comfortable and conveniently located for an event we were attending. However, it was disappointing that as we checked in late, we were unable to get both our included welcome drink or our Accor plus drinks. I queried it at breakfast and wa only offered 1 bottle of water (when there were 4 drinks included)

Staff very pleasant and enjoyed our welcome drink. One bed side globe loose and didn’t work. Hook missing in bathroom, stub there but no hook. Parking a bit costly I thought.
