Bookings for the 2025 Truffle Season are now open

We are pleased to let you know that our 2025 black Périgord truffle season will begin on the 7th June and run until the 2nd of August. This year apart from hosting our traditional hunt and tasting menu, we will also host 2 special hunt and cooking demonstrations which will feature renowned Sydney and Bowral Private chef, David Lee. We will also be hosting our end of season Long Table Truffle degustation

lunch on Saturday 9th August. Bookings are made through the Book Online tab at the top of this page.

Dates for our Truffle hunt and tasting menu are:

June 7th, July 5th and August 2nd.

 

Dates for our Truffle hunt, cooking demonstration and tasting are

June 21st, and July 19th

 

​End of Season Long Table Truffle degustation lunch,

Saturday 9th August. The menu* (including wines) for this years festivities will be:

  • Sourdough with Truffle butter and local olive oil

  • Pasta - Hand made fettuccine with fontina, parmesan, and truffle butter, shaved fresh black truffle

  • Mains –

  • Grilled duck breast, prosciutto, truffle jus

  • Fillet of beef, black truffle jus 

  • Potato gratin chestnut and cavolo nero, truffle bake

  • Mixed winter greens

  • Dessert –Tartufo di cioccolato, clotted cream, preserved cherries 

  • *Menu subject to change depending on availability

  • Wines- A selection of premium Local Red and White wines, with a glass of Sparkling on arrival (all included)
