President Museveni has unveiled directives given earlier to prevent the deadly Covid-19 disease from entering the country. No person, Ugandan or otherwise will be allowed to enter Uganda by land or water except for drivers and accompanying crews not exceeding three people for cargo vehicles like trailers.
