Please be mindful not to park across the driveways of our neighbours in the surrounding streets when visiting the School.

Our School canteen is now open however, please note the following changes:
- Reduced Menu until further notice;
- Please place lunch orders where possible to avoid disappointment due to the reduced menu;
- Cut off time for ordering on the Spriggy Schools App has changed to 9:30am daily.

Important Dates 2021
- The final day for Year 11 is Thursday 18 November
- There will be a Secondary School pupil-free-day on Friday 19 November to allow for curriculum planning, assessment, and reporting
- The Year 12 VCE Celebration Morning will take place on Friday 19 November from 9:00-11:30am
- The Drivers Education Program for Year 10 commences Monday 22 November and concludes Tuesday 23 November
- The final day for Year 10 is Tuesday 23 November
- An end of year excursion to Funfields for Years 7 - 9 will take place on Friday 3 December
- 2022 Orientation classes begin for current Years 7 - 9 on Monday 6 December and conclude Tuesday 7 December
- The Orientation Program for incoming 2022 Year 7 students commences on Monday 6 December and concludes Tuesday 7 December
- The Year 12 Valedictory at Leonda by the Yarra will take place on Tuesday 7 December from 7:00pm
- Wednesday 8 December is the final day for all students. Students will be dismissed at 12:30pm.

Year 7 School Immunisation Program
The Yarra City Council Immunisation Team will be attending Alphington Grammar School on Wednesday 24 November 2021 for the final visit of the Year 7 school immunisation program.
The following schedule will occur:
- Year 7A - 9am
- Year 7B - 9:15am
- Year 7C - 9:30am.
Year 10 students that missed their immunisation in April 2021 are welcome to attend the scheduled program on Wednesday 24 November at 9am.
Please note: as the COVID vaccine availability has now opened for children age 12 years and older, please ensure that if you are intending to book your child to receive the COVID vaccine that an interval of at least one week between the COVID vaccine and the date of the school immunisation program is required.

Second Hand Uniform Shop
The Second Hand Uniform Shop is open every Friday from 8:45am to 9:45am.
Please enter through the Old Heidelberg Road gate and then enter the uniform shop through the door adjacent to the Lyceum Centre.
Social distancing is required and Masks must be worn at all times.
If your child has outgrown their uniform, please consider donating these items back to the uniform shop as it enables the parents and friends to fund valuable projects around our school.

All outstanding school fees are required to be paid immediately. If you have recently made your payment, thank you.
