Spotlight topic

Sleep and fatigue

As the world changes there is greater demand for 24/7 operations and longer or fragmented working hours for individuals. These demands increase the risk of work-related fatigue and significantly disrupt sleep.

Sleep is a restorative function of the body, essential for our physical and mental health, fundamental to our ability to think and learn, and critical to maintaining safe and healthy workplaces.

Join us at our next Community of Practice to hear from Professor Jill Dorrian, Dean of Research, UniSA Justice & Society, University of South Australia to hear the latest research on sleep and fatigue.
