About

Be intentional about the pivot that you want to make. The playbook isn’t set. Build your own and let that define your future.

Hi, and thank you for visiting my profile page. Here is a little about me and what I like to do.

In my free time, you can find me at the lake waterskiing or paddle boarding with my family.

When it comes to my professional background, you might like to know that the value that I bring to businesses is innovative problem solving during periods of organisational change.

In fact, Westpac Group awarded my innovative problem solving in response to “how to make Australian businesses stronger” with a study tour in Silicon Valley! I learned first-hand from global, agile and cutting edge brands like LinkedIn, Slack, Twitter, Airbnb, Salesforce, Facebook and more. This inspired my focus on the future of work and artificial intelligence as a strategy for transformation!

I was also proud to be recognised as one of Westpac’s Women of Influence for my efforts as a board member, mentor and supporter of diversity in the workplace.

Currently, I'm building the Change Management Practice at Seven Consulting, where we’re managing over $4 billion in transformation programs that range from $1 million to $500 million.

If you want to exchange ideas, feel free to send me a message with a connection request. I tend to post fresh ideas weekly about general management, change management, organisational design/development and the like!
