Alumna Kristy Booth-Lark grew up in one of the country’s most famous distilling families, but now she is carving out her own career as Australia’s first female owner-distiller. The founder of Killara Distillery is one of five Tasmanian alumni or staff to receive a prestigious Churchill Fellowship.
