The Little Books of Fixes

The Little Books of Fixes

It’s time to fix your anxiety, depressed mood or difficult relationship!

My “Little Fixes” books pack years of counselling experience into short, easy-to-read lessons.

No two people are the same, and these books draw on the breadth of my experience helping people over 20 years in counselling. These books don’t replace therapy, but by reading them you can access many of the insights and strategies that therapists use to help their clients stay calm and build internal psychological strength.

Let me help you find the tools you need to find a path to more positive experiences and better relationships.

From time to time, we all need help understanding what we are thinking and feeling.

When behaviours, feelings, thoughts, perceptions seem irrational we have trouble understanding why we feel so afraid, angry, obsessed with little things. We become so angry with ourselves that we believe that we are worthless, hated, unlovable.

If you find yourself feeling “stuck” or “lost”, you are not alone!

These books will help you understand what’s driving those feelings, in yourself and in your loved ones, so you can not only communicate better, but also regain a sense of control over your life.
