Te Hiku Cannabis

Nou te rourou, naku te rourou, ka ora ai te iwi

As we grow, we share & invest in others to do the same.

Our kaupapa

Sustainability

We are committed to sustainable outdoor cannabis cultivation, grown under organic principles in full spectrum sunlight.

Science

Our collective includes academics specialising in drug delivery, extraction processes and the scientific study of cannabis.

Diversity

We are affiliated with experts in cultivation, genetics and breeding. Our diverse group share the same vision, to improve lives.

Growth

We are dedicated to helping our communities, contributing to economic growth, educating and enabling people to succeed.

Business model

TIKA PONO AROHA

Our values are represented by the Maori path of tika, pono and aroha, truth sincerity and love. Teamwork, good communication, recognition, trust and mutual respect are fundamental in relationships that sustain long-term success and we want everyone to have the opportunity to be inspired by all the possibilities that can be achieved together.

We plan to build a scalable model based on our first iteration in Ahipara in 2023. We'll produce a detailed plan for set-up and cultivation guided by expert growers and following the principles of Maramataka. Motivated and skilled people who wish to join our collective will be supported, enabled and monitored to ensure all standards are being met throughout the process. We will always put the interests of Kiwis first in terms of health, employment, investment and profit.

Our operation will expand as we build the business, produce the governance model, raise capital and negotiate sales contracts locally and abroad. When the time is right we will manufacture organic, full spectrum products under our non-profit brands. When necessary, we will always consult with experts to make sure we always have the best information when making important decisions.

Knowledge sharing

Where appropriate, sharing experiences and knowledge is important for an industry that promotes fairness and accessibility.

Partnerships

We’re always keen to discuss opportunities to form partnerships and negotiate deals that benefit everyone involved.
