Hands down all time favourite podcast
I just can’t say enough about how comforting, inspiring and beautifully crafted meditative story is. The stories are often so unexpected and the story tellers share aspects of thier lives that are intimate, sometimes funny and always moving. I’m waiting for the episodes to drop each week. I really like Rohan’s meditative interludes, the music that adds richness and depth to each narrative and the sense of adventure that the story tellers take the listers on. Totally soothing during a time of upheaval.
Wonderful show
This is a wonderful show. I listen when I don’t have the capacity to sit and meditate, but have found it almost as effective in calming my mind and body as I go about menial tasks or my commute to work. Beautiful music, wise storytellers and meaningful insights. Highly recommend.
