The urban sprawl might be convenient for some, but as temperatures rise the need to redesign our cities, and the way we live, becomes more and more urgent. But where do we start? We talk with Dr Abby Mellick Lopes about her research project, Cooling the Commons, and how new design patterns can help us change alongside climate change.
