SIMON Everywhere 4+

Ok so this isn’t a new complaint- we first experienced this issue late last year. App just stopped opening, then I deleted it, and re-installed back to the iPhone. I contacted the it dept at the school and also the app developer. All the indications for updated version of app vs the version of iPhone were met- however on re-installing my sons school is completely missing from the school list.
The app worked well when I had access to it and I never really had any issues with drilling down as others reported. It’s somewhat annoying as I like the convenience of the app rather than opening another tab, and logging in every time- especially as we are using the app more in these next 2 years.
Would love it if you could contact me to re-visit this issue and I hope resolve it. Fingers crossed as it’s a great product when it works!

I have used this app for a couple of years because my sons school has mandated it. It has always been rubbish - slow to load when looking at reports etc and when drilling down into detail. With the latest update this week it no longer even works that badly. When I first opened the app my school was not available even though I was logged in. I logged out from the app and the tried to add my school back. I get to the login screen, enter my details and try to register. The app then shuts down without adding my school. I tried a few times with the same result. Back to the faster web access for me until you get this fixed.

The App has been updated and is not user friendly at all to use. Experiencing difficulties logging in and then the App crashes. Please go back to the version before this latest update. I rely on this App to access my child’s information and can’t get past the login page. Very disappointed
