The findings from the 2017 National Community Attitudes towards Violence against Women Survey (NCAS) show Australians’ attitudes to violence against women and gender equality are improving, but there are some disturbing trends.
Ms Saxon Mullins, survivor advocate, spoke of these disturbing trends along with her experiences at the launch of the NCAS report on November 30, 2018.
We all have a role to play in ending violence against women, by speaking up against abuse, sexism and disrespect.
