Welcome to My Maintenance, Cockburn Aquatic & Recreation Centre maintenance management system.

To raise a new service request please complete the following form ensuring that all mandatory fields are completed. Please enter only one issue per request.

The relevant works department will be notified of your request following submission. All requests for maintenance are logged, prioritised and assigned within My Maintenance.

You can be kept informed via email as to the status of your request.
