Description

Until 2016 Gemma Varley was responsible for the drafting of Victorian legislation as the Chief Parliamentary Counsel for Victoria. Last year she was awarded the Public Service Medal for her drafting work which spanned 38 years and included the application of plain English into legislation. This presentation is for ALLA (Vic) members interested in the development of legislation and the machinations of parliament.
