Do we spend too much time working?

The pandemic has accelerated changes in the ways people live including how we work. 

New Swinburne research has revealed how employees allocate and plan their time across four important domains of their life, with a significant reductions in the time people spend at work and  increases in the family and personal time. 

Lead author Dr Asanka Gunasekara joined Jeff Bullen for On The Record to discuss.
