Wolf Rock really is the land of the giants; Grey Nurse Sharks are found throughout the year with other frequent visitors to the Rock including Manta Rays, Leopard Sharks, Eagle Rays, Blotched Fan Tail Rays, Sea Turtles, Olive Sea Snakes, Giant Queensland Grouper and in the winter, the Humpback Whale!
Due to the close proximity of the Great Barrier Reef, you can expect to see a vast array of Tropical and Subtropical reef fish alongside all the other Pelagics! If you feel like swapping your wide angle for a macro lens you will not be disappointed. Wolf Rock is covered with Nudibranchs, Pipe Fish, Frogfish, Eels, Octopus, Sea Apples and much much more!

Wolf Rock is one of the most exciting dives in Australia and will perhaps be one of the most exciting dives you ever do. For this reason, all daily dive charters are to Wolf Rock. Nitrox is now included to extend your bottom time and enjoy safer diving.
DIVE CHARTERS
Charters to Wolf Rock run on a daily basis weather permitting. As a rule start time at the shop is always 8am and we normally get back to the shop around 2 – 2.30pm. Enjoy small groups of 4-5 divers per guide.

GREY NURSE SHARKS
Carcharias Taurus is the Latin name for what we Aussies commonly call the grey nurse shark. Wolf Rock is the most important aggregation site for these animals. Check out our YouTube channel for information on seasonal behaviours and amazing dive footage.
